The Chandragupta Maurya

Chandragupta Maurya (ruled 322 B.C.E. – 298 B.C.E.) was the one who created the Maurya Empire, It is also said that Chandragupta Maurya was the first great King of India. And that was the first ruler of India who, with his understanding, united the northern and southern regions of India today. It was a complete and all-powerful state of ancient India. Pataliputra was the capital of this empire, which is near the city of Patna. The great Magadha Empire was originated from today’s modern Bihar and Eastern-Uttar Pradesh. In 322 BCE Chandragupta Maurya had established this great empire. After the establishment of his empire, he fought with Nanda clan and also conquered it, and then after that, he made his empire rapidly in Central and Western India. The Mauryan Empire had occupied the whole of North-Western India and hundreds of soldiers who were left by Alexander the Great defeated them in the war. The Maurya empire was at one time stretching east to the Assam state and the natural valleys of the Himalayas. The modern was spread to many important parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
The Chandragupta Maurya

Chandragupta Maurya had adopted Jainism at the last moment of his life. He is counted among the founders of those great empires who did not believe in killing innocent people. Chandragupta believed that according to Hindu religion a king should think about the interests and welfare of his people. Always have to adopt the trend of justice. The secret of Chandragupta’s lineage still remains. True date, no one knows what lineage, he belonged to. Different groups have their own views. Some Indian historians believe that Chandragupta was related to the Nanda dynasty. Some say that he was raised by peacock-tamers (Mayura-Poshakha) and later Chandragupta was honored with the title of Maurya. Both Buddhist and Jainism traditions testify to each other’s relation. Other writers believe that a small and ancient republic of the Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh belonged to a Kshatriya class of Pippalivana. And then some scholars believe that Chandragupta is related to Gandhara (which is today’s Pakistan).

While other historians say that Chandragupta’s relationship was with Ashvaka Kamboja. The special work of Ashvakas Kamboja was associated with the horse and he was known to rent his horse. However, in the last few decades, the political situation of India changed and the honest study of India was now completely eliminated and it was used as a weapon. It is very unfortunate that many western Indian scientists have deliberately misinterpreted data and created theories based on prior beliefs. And the result of this is that some incidents that were old and great, now their existence is very blurred. The result of all this was that scholars like Sir William Jones also not believed in the existence of India’s. One reason for this is also as stated in the Christian religion; the creation took place in 9th October, 4004 B.C.E. At 9 o’clock. Other Britishers did not believe in old books of India, because of their ancestors, who believed in Christianity, told them to not believe Antiquity of India.
